What Goes Into NusaVita Formulas

A plain-language guide to the vitamins and minerals for men, the plant extracts, and the amino acids we use — and what each one actually does in a daily routine.

Written for adult men in Indonesia who want to understand a label before they buy, not after. If an ingredient needs a caution, we say so below.

How we describe ingredients

One label, four questions answered

This page is the long version of the panel on the back of the bottle. We describe common uses and typical formats, and we avoid claiming that any single ingredient produces a dramatic result. For anything specific to your health, your doctor is the right person to ask.

Compare formulas
What it is
The ingredient name as it appears on the panel, including whether it is a vitamin, a mineral, a plant extract, or an amino acid.
Amount per serving
A number you can compare across products — not per capsule. When a serving is two capsules, that difference matters.
Common use
Why the ingredient is in a men's formula at all — daily nutrition, normal energy metabolism, muscle function, or an exercise routine.
Watch for
Allergies, medication interactions, and upper intake levels. We print the caution instead of leaving it to you to guess.

The same four fields run through every entry on this page, so you can skip to the ingredient you care about.

Vitamins

Vitamins in men's formulas

Vitamin D, the B group, and vitamin C appear in most men's vitamin supplements for good reason: they are nutrients the body needs daily, and diets do not always cover them. B vitamins are commonly associated with normal energy metabolism, which is why they show up in energy-oriented products. Vitamin D is included in many general formulas because sun exposure and diet vary widely. Amounts per serving are printed on each label so you can compare products directly.

Vitamin Where you see it Why it is included
Vitamin D General daily formulas Sun exposure and diet vary widely across Indonesia's working week.
B group Energy and endurance supplements Commonly associated with normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin C Daily multivitamin formats A nutrient the body needs daily and does not store for long.
Folate and B12 Some general formulas Included where a formula calls for them, stated per serving.

Read the column of numbers, not the front of the bottle.

Mineral amounts are stated per serving on every product page, so a two-capsule serving is never compared against a one-capsule one.

Minerals

Minerals that carry everyday functions

Zinc and magnesium are the two minerals we use most often. Zinc appears in formulas aimed at general men's health support, and magnesium in products positioned around muscle function and rest. Selenium and iron show up less often, and only where a formula calls for them.

  • Zinc General men's health support formulas
  • Magnesium Products built around muscle function and rest
  • Selenium Only where a specific formula calls for it
  • Iron Rare in this range — ask before assuming

Mineral amounts are stated per serving, not per capsule. Compare that number, not the front of the bottle.

Plant extracts

Plant extracts and traditional ingredients

Several NusaVita formulas include plant extracts used in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia. These ingredients are part of local wellness practice, and we describe them as such rather than dressing them in clinical language. Extracts vary in concentration, so the label states the extract amount and, where relevant, the ratio. If you have a known allergy to a plant, read the full list before ordering. We do not hide botanical content behind a proprietary blend.

Root and rhizome

Turmeric and ginger

Both appear in Southeast Asian kitchens long before they appear in supplements. In our formulas they are used as standardised extracts, so the amount is the same from bottle to bottle, and the label says so in milligrams.

Leaf and root

Moringa and ginseng

Often described in traditional practice rather than in clinical terms. We keep that framing and print the extract ratio, so a 10:1 concentrate and a plain dry powder are not confused for each other.

Allergy note: if you react to a plant in food, check the full ingredient list on the product page before you order.

Training and work

Amino acids and endurance ingredients

Products aimed at physical activity may include amino acids and other ingredients associated with exercise routines. These are not stimulants and they are not a substitute for food around training. What they offer is a convenient way to include specific nutrients in a busy week. If you compete under anti-doping rules, verify every ingredient against your federation's current list. That step is your responsibility, and we make the full ingredient list easy to find.

Amino acid blends

Commonly placed in formulas sold around training, usually as a stated gram amount per serving rather than an unnamed blend.

Format matters

Natural capsules for strength and vitality of the daily kind suit a fixed routine; powders suit people who already mix a drink after training.

Competition check

If you are tested, no supplement is automatically clear. Cross-check every line against your federation's own list before you take it.

Before you buy

Pick one formula, take it consistently for a month, and judge from there. Stacking three products wastes money.

Labels

How to read our label format

Each product page lists ingredients in descending order and gives the amount per serving. Serving size is stated separately, so you always know how much of the bottle a day uses. Where an ingredient has a common upper intake level, the product stays within normal ranges and the label still tells you the number. We do not use vague terms like "proprietary complex" to avoid disclosure. If something is unclear, ask us and we will point to the exact line.

Our formulas avoid unnecessary fillers where the production format allows it. Where a product is free from a specific additive such as added sugar or artificial color, the page states it. We do not make blanket "clean label" claims, because those mean different things to different buyers. What we can do is publish the full ingredient list and let you decide. If an ingredient is a deal-breaker for you, you will see it before checkout.

Ingredients arrive with documentation from suppliers, and we keep that paperwork on file. Batches are handled according to standard supplement manufacturing practice, with labels matched to the formula inside. We do not publish certification badges we have not earned. If you need specific documentation for a product before ordering, ask us and we will tell you what is available. That is a reasonable request and we treat it as one.

When an ingredient is a deal-breaker

  • The full list runs on every product page, not behind a "see more" tap.
  • Extract ratios are printed, so a 10:1 concentrate cannot pass as a plain powder.
  • Added sugar and artificial color are named when a product leaves them out.
Ask about an ingredient

Ask us about a specific line and we will reply with the exact label reference.

Start with your goal

Matching an ingredient to your goal

Start from what you want support for. General daily nutrition points to a multivitamin and mineral formula. Physical work or training points to an endurance-oriented product. If you are unsure, the ingredients guide plus two product pages usually settles it.

  • Everyday nutrition A multivitamin and mineral formula with vitamin D, the B group, zinc, and magnesium.
  • Physical work or training An endurance-oriented product with amino acids and B vitamins, taken alongside real meals.
  • General men's health A zinc-led formula, sometimes with botanical extracts, taken the same time each day.
Medication

Ingredients and medication

Some natural ingredients can interact with prescription medication, including common blood thinners and blood pressure drugs. We cannot assess that for you, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you take medication regularly, show the ingredient list to your doctor or pharmacist before you start. This applies to herbal extracts as much as to vitamins. A two-minute conversation prevents most problems.

Where we sit

NusaVita products are sold as dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified professional.

Sourcing

Sourcing and quality checks

Ingredients arrive with documentation from suppliers, and we keep that paperwork on file. Batches are handled according to standard supplement manufacturing practice, with labels matched to the formula inside. We do not publish certification badges we have not earned.

  • Paperwork Every incoming ingredient is filed with its supplier documentation, batch by batch.
  • Labels The printed panel is matched against the formula in that batch before the bottle ships.
  • Your request Need documentation for a specific product before ordering? Ask and we will tell you what is available.

Questions we get

Answers before you order

How do I compare two men's vitamin supplements properly?

Compare the amount per serving, not per capsule, and check what one serving actually is. Two bottles can look identical on the front and differ once you divide by the number of capsules a day uses. Serving size is stated separately on every product page so you can do that arithmetic in ten seconds.

Can I take two NusaVita products at the same time?

Sometimes ingredients overlap, and overlapping means paying twice for the same nutrient. Before you stack, put the two panels side by side and check for repeated vitamins and minerals, especially zinc and magnesium. If you take prescription medication, that combination is a conversation for your doctor or pharmacist, not for a website.

Why isn't every ingredient described with a study result?

Because one ingredient does not behave the way a headline suggests. A nutrient can be needed daily and still not produce a dramatic change on its own, and the effect of a whole routine is what most people actually notice. We would rather describe common uses honestly than dress a mineral up in language it has not earned.

What should I do if I have an allergy to a plant?

Read the full ingredient list before ordering, including the botanical section. If a plant is a known problem for you, treat the product as off the table, and ask us if you want confirmation of which extract is used and at what ratio. Nothing on this page replaces reading the actual panel of the bottle you are considering.

Where can I see the full list for a product?

Every product page carries the complete list in descending order with amounts per serving. If a line is unclear, the fastest route is to send us the product name and the line in question, and we will point you to exactly where it sits on the panel.

Next step

Read the panel, then choose one formula

Take the list above to the product pages and compare amounts per serving. If one ingredient matters more than the rest to you, that single line usually makes the decision. If it does not, our team can walk through the difference between two formulas over email or phone.
